Thomas M. Tepe, Jr. is a Senior Consultant with KMK Consulting Company, and he also serves as a Partner with KMK Law. Tom has extensive experience in real estate development, zoning, and land use planning, working with numerous national and regional property owners and real estate developers.
Tom has spent his career working with governmental bodies and administrative entities. He has successfully represented land developers in opposing zoning referenda before all Greater Cincinnati Boards of Election, as well as chairing a committee organized to defeat a ballot referendum in Ohio’s largest township. In addition to his zoning practice, Tom has been successful in obtaining significant real estate tax reductions for property owners throughout Ohio involving major office complexes, retail/commercial developments, and industrial property. His representation of real estate developers covers all facets of a property’s development.
Prior to joining KMK Consulting and KMK Law, Tom served as an intern to former Ohio State Senate President, Richard H. Finan. He also served as an aide to former Ohio Attorney General Betty D. Montgomery.

Handled a portfolio of warehouse buildings for an institutional investor in Cuyahoga, Franklin, Hamilton, and Butler Counties
