Biography
Chris is a member of the KMK Consulting workforce solutions team. Chris is also a member of the Keating Muething & Klekamp Labor & Employment Group where he focuses his practice on litigating and advising clients regarding issues within the workplace. Chris strives to fully understand clients’ business concerns and counsels clients regarding hiring and firing issues, disciplinary issues, employment agreements, whistleblower complaints, and employment policies and procedures, including employment handbooks. Chris regularly defends employers against charges filed with the EEOC as well as state and local fair employment agencies. Chris also represents employers in litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal employment statutes and regulations. Chris has represented employers in arbitrations involving collective bargaining agreement disputes and grievances as well as administrative proceedings before MSHA and OSHA.
In addition to labor and employment matters, Chris has experience representing clients in litigation matters involving transportation claims, multi-employer worksites, and deliberate intent matters.
